Students Understanding of Acid-Base Titration by an Integration of TIMBOARD in
Teaching

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of using TIMBOARD on
students’ understanding of acid-base titration.
Forty students were selected from the classes thought by the researchers
to conduct this action research. Pretest and post test quantitative data was
collected and anallyzed. The results indicated there is a significant differences between the
pre-test and post-test scores of the PDT students who were thought acid-base
titration by using TIMBOARD. TIMBOARD able to produce 100% of the students of PDT students that can
calculate the final point and the pH of the titration numerically. Integration
of TIMBOARD also has fasilitated 52.5%
of the students to construct the pH curve correctly.
